Gomerblog is hilarious. Please remember it is satire. I think the comments people leave are even funnier than the article sometimes (because people do not know what a satire is).

To tell the truth, I really thought it was true! I feel pretty stupid!

Don't worry too much, this is very close to the truth. Here in the UK we had a GP (family doctor) who was absolutely loved by his patients. It is unknown how many people he killed but it was at least 250 but his patients would not hear a word said against him.
