hi i had 4 sata,6-7 calculations,,3 delegations,lots of prioritization, lots of which 1st to assess... shutdown at least...i left testing center and felt so down....i know i failed...

you dont know u ve failed, u know you ve PASSED, failure is not ur portion, its not what u spent the whole time preparing for, think positively, and thank God in all things, wait upon the Lord:bowingpur

Almost sounds like mine. That was the worst test I have ever taken in my life. I felt and feel so stupid. :crying2: I came out of the testing center after only an hour and a half and 97 questions, and I bawled like a baby. I don't know. I don't feel confident at all. I had a TON of priority, infection control, which to assess first, 2 med calc, 4-5 SATA and a bunch of meds, peds, and psych. I honestly feel so stupid. I feel like I didn't study enough, in fact, I know I didn't. *sigh* We'll see on Wednesday, I guess. :crying2:

i dont have psyche questions..2 ped no oB..2 infection control...seems my questions was going down to easy one....so discouraged

I feel pretty much sick to my stomach because I took the NCLEX-PN this morning. The computer stopped at 203 questions for me. I would say that the test was not that difficult however, I feel that I should've been more prepared. There were lots and lots of priority questions. There were about 2 questions where it was similar to the ones that I've had on the practice questions. I don't know what to think. Now, I have to wait 2 days....2 gruelling, long, and agonzing days to find out the truth of whether I passed or failed. I really hoped I passed. Another person who also took it with me stopped at 75 but she took the NCLEX-RN. I had like 15 questions on pharmacology mostly about side effects. I also had like 4 fill-in's which were calculating how much mLs to administer etc. I didn't have any "hot spot" questions at all. I had like about 4 select all questions and everything else was multiple choice. I really wanted my computer to shut down at 85, but it just kept on going. I didn't run out of time. I had like 2 more hours into the 203 questions that I had. I'm so scared because I don't want to repeat it again, but I did give it my best shot. My best advice to those who have yet to take it is to practice a lot of questions. The more questions that you practice and get familiar with the rationale, the better because most likely it might appear on your NCLEX! Well, on to waiting a gruelling 2 days from today. :uhoh3: :crying2:

Same here, Rose. :crying2: There were some questions that were so obvious to me, and that's never a good sign. I didn't have any OB, no cardiac, barely any neuro, some GI, lots of endocrine, and oncology. *sigh* This sucks. :bluecry1:

You know, one thing I can say, though is that Kaplan is veeeeeeeeeery close to the NCLEX questions. It was the same as the Hesi I took in nursing school, though. To be honest, I don't even want to check my results.

To the future NCLEX test takers this month, good luck! Definitely, DEFINITELY know infection control and how to prioritize.

I wish I knew how to access Suzannes tips here.... I have scheduled myself for one week from tomorrow.... working really hard this week to get it all in my head, I have taken several practice tests over the last month..... initially I was doing in the hi 60s now im usually in the 80s...... a LOT of info for one test..... just found this place..

hope i can get some tips here....

I wish I knew how to access Suzannes tips here.... I have scheduled myself for one week from tomorrow.... working really hard this week to get it all in my head, I have taken several practice tests over the last month..... initially I was doing in the hi 60s now im usually in the 80s...... a LOT of info for one test..... just found this place..
hope i can get some tips here....

which books do u use and score 80, cos i cant remember scoring that high in anyhing yet i m testing nxt wk

hi guyz.. join me in this thread!!! i'll be taking the exam on the 23rd of april.. wahh.. ive been using suzanne's plan, just emailed her for the next thing to do. hope il pass!! i know we can if we'll pray for each other.. before i start my review, i pray first, ask His guidance and also for courage, strength and determination as I do my review and preparations..and before i go to sleep, i pray again..
my anxiety level is increasing as the days pass
wow.. let's just study now since all the time in this world is in our hands but on the day of our exam, let's all surrender to God all the things that we reviewed and just trust Him, He'll do the rest..

now im having trouble following this website.. sigh.... computer illiterate in so many ways... I am scheduled for the 28th.... am interested in seeing Suzannes Tips I keep reading about.. cant seem to find them..... and idea's on this would be oh so helpful... thank you..
