Applying to UCLA MECN to start Fall 2015?

Hi! Is anyone applying to UCLA's MECN program? Last year I applied and wasn't accepted. I believe they accepted around 12%. They had 70 spaces down from 90 the previous year.

Does anyone know if they tell the initial 70 accepted all on the same day or if they trickle out the acceptance letters?

I wish we could all find out on the same day lol. Congrats to those who were accepted already!

Hey all,

I got my acceptance admission letter via online today, as well. I applied last year and didn't get in and had to wait patiently till April to hear about it. I'm happy I got in this time, but I will be declining, because I already accepted and am almost 5 weeks deep into the MSN-CNL program at University of San Francisco. I'd just like to say to all of you that there is a reason you get in/don't get in. In that specific moment, you question why. If I had gotten into UCLA last year, I never would've applied to USF, and I am so happy here. For me, it's a perfect fit. So, my advice is...just keep doing your thing! Keep pushing forward because you will truly understand it was all for a reason when you're looking back.

Again, it makes me feel good that I got accepted to UCLA, but for those of you who don't get accepted, know it's just not right for you at the moment. Who knows where it will take you! All the best!
