I haven't taken it yet. I cannot wait until I do & post to this site I passed!!! I am ready for this nightmare to be over.

As far as Kaplan there really is no way to study for it. The readiness test is given the first day of the review. Try to get the book and study the decision tree that is the best way to answer their questions.

Not really sure if Kaplan helps for HESI. I had so much anxiety the last time I took it I didn't implement not one test taking skill, none that I remember anyway. I was completely out of it.

I am using Saunders Comprehensive Review book. I hear that the more questions you answer the better you'll be. That's what I am doing not to mention a review course that we have to take.

Will that be your last chance?

at least you introduced to it your sophomore year. in my school we get two chances to pass it and they ONLY give it to us our senior year. how bout that? it sucks . get your lawyer and fight for your degree.

just passed today 1049 . guys it is possible. idid it so u can do it. study hard and dont forget God is in control, he knows everything ans what is best for u.

i have been on this website looking for advises .

i studied saunders book , but did a lot of questions. do those questions. they give u ideas u learn from them.

i wish u guys all the best . u can do it.God has good purpose for ur life.

I scored a 958 without studying. I found I did better if I went through the test and trusted my gut instinct, it took me 70 minutes to complete.

Yes, and w/o an anxiety attack! I did alot of praying because I let that exam spook me I lost all my faith and confidence, but not this time.

I took it about a week ago got 997!!!!!!

I took the HESI twice. The first was a specialty examine focused on Med Surg and Pedi, I scored 99.99% for a total of only 4 questions wrong. On the HESI exit exam I scored a 95%. For both exams I used the HESI book and cd. It is an incredibly valuable tool not just for HESI but for class exams. Everything is laid out and all critical points are highlighted in gray boxes thruout the text. Don't get too discouraged if you dont acheive a high score on the HESI practice cd. When I practiced I never got above a 78%!! Good Luck!

What is the ISBN on the HESI book?? I have to take it on Dec 13th. It's not included in wheather I get my degree or not, but I want to be prepared for it. Just curious as to what states/schools require the HESI to recieve your degree??
