Congratulations to everyone who got in, and I'm sorry to everyone that didn't get in this time. The cut-off for this semester was humbling to me. Wow, you'd think the competition would level off at some point. Anyway...I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone. I know that we'll be like brothers and sisters by the end of this thing.

What was the cutoff? Is that in our email? I guess I need to pull my head back out of the clouds and actually read it.

I'm not sure, but 82 was 23rd on the waitlist, and I got in with an 86.

Wow...that is a big jump from last year. Surely it will level off at some point. Congrats by the way! I think you had the right idea to leave the house for awhile...checking email every 2 minutes is painful!

ughhhh i am tempted to join it anyways to just watch you guys through - even if i don't get in. if i dont get in this semester im afraid i wont be able to get in in the fall. i just have a feeling.

I was so sure that with 82 points I would have gotten in, I guess it wasn't meant to be. So I have one month to move to Humboldt. Orrrrrrrrr, if I get in at Chico or Stanislaus, maybe I can commute or something. The thing is the program seems so boring, like 2 classes the first semester. Why would they drag this to 6 semester when they could easily do it in 4. mama mia!

Anyway, good luck to you all in your nursing career. See you on the job market.

We should start a thread about our steps into nursing school, we can post such as orientation, moving, what we have to buy, the commute, stuff like that.

I am waiting for Chico too... Did u end up telling Humboldt yes since they needed to know by today? I told them yes just in case. I really hope I get into Stanislaus or Chico because then my fiance could move with me....Chico is number one choice so time to go pray some more! Or else I get to move in a month and be away from him for 3 years yay....
