What credibility does your friend have to tell you that? Do they work for Pearson?

Next time, evaluate the source of the information before trusting it.

I did Googled about it here's the site New Information On Pearson Vue Trick | Ultimate NCLEX Resources

I went to that site. It's just some person who set up a discussion board on a free hosting site. Not saying there's nothing valuable there, but there's nothing official about that.

Do people really just not learn anymore that there will be times they just have to WAIT and that they better develop some coping skills? Do parents and teachers not drill that into you anymore? I really didn't think I was THAT old....

I hope you didn't waste $200.

They are WRONG! I saw that website last night, and they have ZERO evidence to substantiate their claims.

We (collectively) nurses have been trying to let students know that there is no 'trick' -- you could get what people are referring to as a 'good' pop-up and fail, and you could have your CC charged, and pass. Apparently, only few are paying attention to the warnings.

Until you, we have only seen one other scenario with a credit card, and that credit card was declined due to insufficient funds. We don't know if that person passed or failed.

Just because the people reporting they got a 'good' pop-up after entering CC and hitting submit subsequently passed, it doesn't mean everyone who got the 'good' pop-up passed. And it doesn't mean that other screens, or credit card processing completion, is a fail. ETA: It has been reported at least one person's credit card was processed, and they passed!

I really wish students would be more responsible--and patient--while awaiting results. Yes, it is stressful to wait, but look at all the anxiety so many are in due to some 'trick' that isn't 100% accurate at all, never was, and never will be.

Actually my sister and my mom was the one telling me to do it right away.

Do you ever think for yourself? Are they going to refund your $200 if you just wasted it?

I know:( it's just driving me crazy I've been waiting for 8days already: / it's like forever...

I read this on the internet, it must be true. My friends all told me it would work, they wouldn't lie to me. It must be true.

I've heard that if you spin around three times and then burn your bra, the pattern of the smoke from burning bra will determine pass or fail. IS THIS FOR REAL?!?

I hope so.....because now my bra is on fire and I still don't know if I passed NCLEX.

No...you need to thread a needle, then dangle it over your abdomen. If the needle sways vertically, you passed. If it sways horizontally, you failed.

Haven't you ever had to wait for something before? This is a life skill. You can't get everything *right now* so you have got to learn how to live with that. Without being destructive to yourself or others. And risking $200 unnecessarily would be destructive to most people.

Your right, I hope this would be a lesson to others not to risk their $200, coz it's not really 100% accurate..

Even the old trick wasn't. Hopefully you passed, but learned something too. Good luck!
