Anyone Applying to Delta College for Spring 2011

With only 4 weeks until we can start applying, I thought that it would be nice to start a new thread so that we can all keep in touch, pass along information, and post our stats.

CaRNwnt2b, I'm through Sutter and I have been checking online. Both the Hep results are there but not the MMR and chicken pox. If I don't hear anything I'm going to call again. It's getting to the end of the deadline and this is stressful!

I just called and added too! and she told me the same thing..ugh!!! I'm gunna write it up when I go to work and fax it to them...How dumb is that?! It doesn't make sense! But we did what we were supposed to so we can't do anymore than that...

How long did it take everyone to get their NSO certificate?? I still havent gotten mine and I just told the lady to email it again....

I think I will probably go the first day so I can get my scrubs ordered.

I'm going the first day for the fitting.

I sent an email asking if we had to upload each test result or just the immunuization form..this is what I got..

If you have all of your immunizations on one paper you will have to upload it 8 times.

This doesn't seem to answer my question...So is everyone just uploading the form and attatching it to each requirement? Or are you guys actually uploading each lab print out??

Ok thanks Kristi..that's what I figured..I thought it would be redundant to have our Dr. fill out this whole form and then have to provide proof of each one too...

I went into the office today and they said that you can either upload the Immunization form which is signed by the doctor OR the medical records. Im uploading my records for my titers, which I had done last year (they said that this is fine).
