Any UCSF Mepn Applicants?

Hi everyone--

Has anyone else out there applied to the UCSF MEPN program? They're supposed to send out letters this month (December) for the interview process. Has anyone gotten a letter yet? Will those that aren't asked to the interview process get a rejection letter now?

Grrrr. Hopefully they come today but I was just chatting with my mom who works for the UC system and she reminded me that before they make it to the post office they have to go through campus snail mail...so that might mean another day of anxiety!

I made it!! Ran to the Castro to check my mailbox, ripped open the envelope and only read the first sentence. Saw a friend, who actually read the entire letter.

Congratulations to all who made it and best of luck to those of you who are on the wait list or will reapply next year.

just got my thin envelope and i am in!!!!!!! (ACNP) it was a small thin envelope so it was quite a suprise as i dubiously opened it to see the contents. good luck to all and see some of you in june. should we have a celebration??? cocktails in the city?? the best bar in Sf (alembic lounge) is right down the hill from ucsf!!!!!!!!

Curiosity got the better of me and I had my boyfriend give me the news over the phone.
