one cannot apply online for a license because you have to sign the statutory declaration; also, most nursing agencies in australia do not charge fees for their services since they bill your employer once you are offered a job

i hope everything works out for you. an IELTS of 7.0 in all bands will also mean additional points once you apply for skilled migration in the future so it is an investment. but i do understand your situation, the whole process of getting licensed in australia, in whatever state or territory you choose, is an expensive undertaking

In my case, I took it three months after I was made eligible. I don't know the maximum time you're allowed to sit the exam. But considering that there will be changes in the nursing council of Australia in July next year, I don't think it is advisable to wait to long to take the exam.

How's your application status now Carmina? Are you done now with Part A?

Yep. Done with it. Read the four recommended books and all the publications in QNC site and you'll do just fine.

Why did it take you so long to receive the approval letter? Did they require more documents to submit? Good luck with studying.
