I have been trying to find other COD nursing student hopefuls or current students anyone out there?
It's hard to not get drawn into the rumor mill, so thank you Dr. Gukenberger for clarifying a few things. It's been a long road for all of us. The anticipation of finding out if all of our hard work and sacrifices will pay off is right around the corner. Good luck girls! Happy Valentines Day!
Hi everyone...glad I'm not alone. I've been checking the mail ASAP when I get home but now I know we have about 2 weeks left.
For the one in A&P...who is your teacher? I took both classes at COD...first one was with Dr Bruder. TOUGH teacher but I got an A. Second was with Dr Lyttle....got a B. Definitely thought the second one was worse than the first. GOOD LUCK!!

Hi there. I'd rather not say who my teacher is...you never know if someone from my class is reading this right now :)
When you say "worse", what do you mean? The course material? It is very hard for me to get into the material this semester...I'm not sure if that is due to lack of interest on my part, or if I'm just nervously excited for fall to come.

The material was harder for me to understand in A&P 2. Or maybe I was so burnt out from the first one that it affected my studying LOL. I'm not in any classes this semester so it's a nice break.
Have you all applied at other schools or just COD? Last year I applied only at COD and didn't get in so I've applied to about 6 schools this time around...hoping I get in somewhere for the Fall.
I also only applied to COD. COD is the most affordable program available to me. I don't have the burning desire to obtain a BSN right off the bat; I'd rather go the ADN route, get a job, and have my employer pay for the RN-BSN bridge.
I wonder how COD will rank applicants who have the same amount of points...will it be by PAX composite score? PAX composite percentile?
