Is anybody else really anxious to find out about Spring 2016 placement? I keep checking my email just in case they send anything even though I heard that we won't find out until Oct. I have GCC evenings, Gateway Evening or GCC weekends as my choices. I wish I knew which I am more likely to get or more details on each of those programs, since my friends that are nurses did day time traditional programs. I just know my life will change so much after school starts and I want to start getting organized for it ahead of time.
Thank you! Yea they never told me about amy cep special deadlines. I was like"I want cep" and she said "wonderful youll likely start in spring!" Ughh! I do k ow there are no july timestamps. There is June 5 and Aug 6. Just a matter of how many people are ahead. Back to the waiting game!
From what I have been told, they do time stamps every two months (Like a cohort), hence all the "even" months of time stamps.
You need to go to a CEP information session first to even apply for the CEP program, did you do such thing? I would look into the program further before assuming you will be placed. The university of your choice has to accept you, then the community college of choice needs to also accept and place you. There is a lot more that goes into the CEP then just telling them "yes, i want CEP."
The only accept applications for the CEP in Dec/Jan for fall next year and the one for Spring was back in June. So I think you may have not been familiar enough to know. But keep your fingers crossed...
Its a matter of how many people are ahead of you, what schools still have seats available, and how many schools you have chosen.
