Anxious to find spring 2016 placement

Is anybody else really anxious to find out about Spring 2016 placement? I keep checking my email just in case they send anything even though I heard that we won't find out until Oct. I have GCC evenings, Gateway Evening or GCC weekends as my choices. I wish I knew which I am more likely to get or more details on each of those programs, since my friends that are nurses did day time traditional programs. I just know my life will change so much after school starts and I want to start getting organized for it ahead of time.

When I called the hotline this morning ------------ told me they were going to run round 2 today. I'm guessing we may not hear anything until Monday?

When I read past years of placements, it seems as though the placement page was more informative. Now there doesn't seem to be any info as to when the placements will be, I've been told by the hotline not to pay attention to the numbers it shows that are available, and we kee getting told verbally by the hotline that a placement will take place but then it doesn't. I'm not complaining. I'm just wondering what the difference is now and why there seems to not be as much consistent communication?

So, I called the hotline again today and was told that they had to postpone the 2nd round and that it will run tomorrow.

Tomorrow as in Tuesday or Wednesday? Looks like your post was in the middle or the night so not sure. :)

I called the nursing hotline and they said they are running the program tomorrow.

Holy cow. So crazy that they keep telling us they are going to run it and then they don't! Hard on my heart!! Lol.

No placement for me :( I AM FREAKING OUT!! What was the last time stamp accepted??? Mine is Aug 6.....

I wasn't placed either. The front page says second placement is today -- so I'm guessing they've already done it? Did anyone get a spot?
