I always end up getting ONE WRONG or I'm MISSING ONE RIGHT answer. How can you pass the exam when you're struggling with SATA's?? I know the exam has alot of those so I feel alittle scared knowing that it's a question that I'm weak on. Any help??

I could not get 1 right when taking those practice SATAs either. But the good news is I passed NCLEX. When you read the question, cover the answers and form your own answer in your head, then look at what is available. Step 2, as you read each answer determine if it's true ( it applies to the ? ) or false ( it is there to mess you up ) . So you are reading the question and then looking at each of the " answers " as if each one is a true or false statement regarding that question. I got that tip from Jadu1106.
Those SATA questions are scary but it is all in your head. I know how I felt each time I saw one of those on my boards . Good luck and keep practicing those types of questions.:heartbeat

I agree with the above poster. Also, I hardly ever got the SATAs right while doing practice questions, but when it came to NCLEX I felt the SATA questions were much easier than the practice ones I had. I guess I didn't do too poorly because I passed with 75 questions.
Best of luck taking your exam! Remember to take your time, choose each answer carefully, and be confident with your answer choice!
