Okay, how did you guys find out that you passed? I wrote in Fredericton NB and we were told that the results would not be back until the second week of July. And what's with the skills test? Ours was 7 hours of multiple choice hell....and hell it was....

I passed my exam today!!!! Now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that I can find a part time job that will work with my school schedule! I LOVED clinicals and was so sad when I left on the last day, I can't wait to get back!!!

I took my skills test a couple of weeks ago, got the results and finally got to take my written test yesterday (7/14/09) and I passed!! :yeah:

I have had a job lined up for a few weeks but I was just waiting on my certification. Now I can finally start my training and orientation in a couple of weeks! :heartbeat

I passed my state exam (Minnesota) on Thursday, July 9, 2009! It was very exciting and such a relief to be done. The skills weren't nearly as bad as I thought they would be :)

My skills were: Hand washing, dressing a client with an affected arm, ambulating, counting respiration (I didn't have to do pulse as well...is that normal?), and oral care.

Now....I gotta make a new resume and start job hunting. Any tips for resumes/coverletters? Any suggestions for the Minneapolis/St. Paul area?
