Anatomy & Physiology I/II Summer 2013

Anyone taking A&P I or II during the summer? I attend a university in Maryland but live in New York so taking a summer class here would be costly with housing so my first plan was to just take A&P I at another university but they told me if I take the first one at another university, I need to take the second one there which makes sense. It wasn't my plan but you gotta do what you gotta do. Anyone else taking this class during the summer?

Ugh... just failed my Histology quiz. Practical is Thursday and now I am freaking out.

What terms and ideas are you having trouble with in histology? Maybe those on this conversation string will have some good mnemonics to help out.

I might be taking AP 1 during the second have of the accelerated summer options. Maybe. lol.

I am taking AP 1 through the summer in 11 weeks. I prefer sciences in the condensed summer to a regular semester actually. They go by quicker and by the time the final rolls around, you havent had time to forget everything you learned in the beginning of the semester. :)

Ugh... just failed my Histology quiz. Practical is Thursday and now I am freaking out.

How much did u study? My class is 5 1/2 weeks and it is extremely hard. I'm always studying and have only gotten 85% and 89% on my quizzes. . I'm trying my best to get an "A" it's exhausting! One day feels like a week of class! You should check out YouTube videos and probably more time studying. Since these classes are so fast paced, it takes a lot of time spent studying. I've come to the realization that I'm not going to have a life the next 4 weeks outside of a&p :)

oOMG i just got my quiz and my first exam..i got 100%...am so happy right now and i still have 4 more exams with 2 labs in the remaing 3.5 weeks...i will be fine,unto the next one. my long hours of studying is paying off

Congrats...I got 100% on our first quiz today also..first exam is tomorrow.

Got an 88 on my last exam and a 100 on my last lab. Last exam Thursday and then finals. I'm really pulling for an A

I must be doing something wrong. I am studying my ass off in A and P 1 and I have a C. I work fulltime and this semester is 7 weeks long. I've been out if school for 15 years and I don't know what else to do??

I received a C in my A & P I in the condensed course (five weeks). It is way too much work for a five week session and several people failed. I got an A in A & P II in the regular session. It is so much work in the condensed session. All I did was online tutorials and homework and reading and still got a C. UGH!

Half way through A/P 1 and have solid A's in lab and lecture. Have another exam(second of the week) and my cat dissection practicum is today.
