Age vs Years Nursing

Can anyone share their AGE and YEARS NURSING? I am working on a statistics project and need to collect some data...

I became an LPN 19 years ago and an RN 4 years ago.

My licenses renew on opposite years. CEU companies sometimes will not submit my units for both license numbers to CE broker. Good times!

I am 61. Been a nurse 16 years from age 45. Four years as a BSN RN. 12 years as an Adult Nurse Practitioner after getting my Masters degree.

72 yrs old been nurse 47 yrs

Why do you keep both licenses? Most let LPN expire once RN is achieved. And most states hold you to highest license regardless of role you are working in. I'm just curious
