Can anyone share their AGE and YEARS NURSING? I am working on a statistics project and need to collect some data...
Thanks in advance!
Erika
I am 53 and have been a nurse for 31 years in October. I have to say I have NEVER thought of doing something else or retiring until now. COVID has made nursing crazy! Different protocols almost weekly, still not an acceptable level of PPE and now those that don't want to wear masks and selfmdistance has increased the patient load and won't believe science. It getting to be too much and "I don't want to do this anymore" keeps running through my head.

Maybe you could try private duty home nursing? So far, the family caretakers of my home-bound clients have been very careful, and have not brought in COVID.
