I have a question delaing with an interview for a Step-Down ICU next week and I thought it would be best to ask here than in the general interview forum, but if the moderator thinks its best on the other one, I wont mind =)
I am a new graduate, finished school in December, passed my boards and got my license last week. This will be the first interview with the Manager and Assistant Mgr. If things go well, there is the last interview which is Panel.
I am nervous to be honest and apart from studying common interview questions, be confident and myself, I am not sure how else I should prepare for this. What are your thoughts, tips and advice? Should I review certain drips? Ventilatory Support? etc?
Thank you!
