Was your acceptance letter thick or thin and what school was it for--just curious as I sit here and wait to hear from one school! I hate this! :)
Yes, CCC keeps their wait list from the previous year..but beginning next year all the CC in Connecticut will have the same admissions process and standards. I already heard from Bridgeport(they dont want me ), and the other CC said that I will hear be the end of the month(March), just not sure when St. Vincents send their letters out.Good luck...
As soon as I got done writing my post, the mailman came with my letter from St. Vincent's..denied!! Very very frustrating. That C in Chem killed me, even though I took it over and got an A !!!!! I have added a few more options to my back up plan and have begun my quest for an LPN program, for now, I have to get ready for a mandatory(!) information session for NVCC respiratory care program..I have a few more letters to wait for and am hoping for the:madface: best(if not, it will really stink to be rejected 6x!!!!)

NVCC was one of the first schools I heard from. Bridgeport was first (late February), then NVCC (I think March but I'm not sure), the GCC (MA), then TRCC, then STCC, and lastly CCC. The only one I didn't get into was CCC because they use (or at least did in 2005) a lottery system for chosing any potential candidate, which means that a C student has as much chance as an A student at getting in. And now I am glad because I chose STCC and I love it. Good luck!
