Wow. That would be nice. I wish I knew someone, but I dont. I really think I will be ok though. I looked through my A&P today, and I must admit, I want to dig in again. Maybe there is hope for me yet.

Confusion already!!:uhoh21:

I can get some of the anatomical regions, but i'm getting so confused when questions some questions are asked like.... the hypogastric region is______ to the inguinal region.

Does anyone have any recommendations to help with this. I know superior is toward the cephalic(head) and inferior is toward the feet.

In my opinion The hypogastric region is medial to the inguinal region, because it's right in the middle of the left and right inguinal region. But check with your teacher to make sure.:wink2:

@ messages #81(student nurse)...i'm taking same classes you are this semester..eng,nutrition,a&p1 but mine also includes govt...i hope we can be of help to eachother and nice to meet u.oh my i got a "C" in my statistics class...:scrying: .i hope to make up with theses other subjects....NICE TO MEET EVERYONE AT THE FORUM.

Had my 1st A&P Class today. The girl sitting behind me has had the Prof. before and was explaining how great he is. Boy that really set me at ease. It's been 10 years since I first went to school and going back has been an unexpected and hasty decision for me. I've grown tired of having "jobs" and moving on and on again. I want a little security and the ability to choose when I go and come. But enough about me! Thanks for all the resources on these pages!

Hi Everyone!

I start my A & P class tomorrow! I have had a lot of bio in high school and college, so hopefully that will help. Thanks for all the great websites as well! Wish me luck on my first day---> I'll let you guys know how it goes!

Hugs!:)

Also I just got my text---it is Marieb's 8th edition, The Essentials of A & P. Our lab book was made by the head of our bio department and published by the school. Did anyone look at their lab activities yet?

Today was day one of A&P. I must admit, my stomach is in knots. I feel pretty positive about the instructor. That is a good thing. I do think my appitite will be very puny for the next several months.:uhoh3:

hey you guys, for sure i'll be checkin for support. thanks for making this thread, very helpful. i've already dropped a&p before so hopefully this time around i hope i do better. my first class is in about 1 hr so i'm just sitting around being anxious until class starts. well i wish good luck to everyone and i think we all can pull it off.;)

Class went pretty well, better than I expected! Our professor is nice and he seems to explain things well. We'll see if this feeling will be the same on Friday
