I start in January also. Orientation is on the 3rd and class begins on Jan 17th. I'm nervous and excited. My school is about 35 minutes from here and it has me a little concerned, especially with it being winter. I'll definately be going to bed much earlier than normal. :chuckle

Accepted LPN to BSN program and start January 10. At 58, am I the oldest student here?
I'm looking forward to proceeding with my education, having sticker shock over the bill (not much financial aid out there, is there?) and excited and scared to death on re-entering college. I sure hope I can do this (money-wise and brain-wise).

Well the acceptance came as good news right after really bad news. Me and my mom were doing some Christmas shopping and she complained of a severe headache that started yesterday. From the knowledge I acquired through my pre-req's I knew something wasn't right, so I took her to the hospital. I got my call of acceptance on the way there. Turns out she had a sinus bacterial infection. She should be ok after taking some meds. Right now she fast alseep. I hope that something of this nature ever happens again I will be able to help somehow because I will be a student nurse.
