I am just curious how the majority of teachers grade. This semester most of mine wont round your grade at all but I got a 89.76% in my Micro class and I am hoping she will round up but I have not heard back. I hate being so close to an A and not getting it lol.

Most of my professors round up or down. I've never had a professor not round up or down with 89's. As long as it was closer to 90 than to 89.

Never heard of a professor round a grade...not in college at least.

Some did. Some did not. Most had their grading policies including rounding policy in their syllabus.

I've never heard of this "rounding up" you speak of.

All of my teachers for pre-req classes would round up if needed. My nursing school does not round up no matter what.

Our nursing school doesn't round up, even if you have 89.9999999.

Nope! You get the grade you EARNED, no extra points to make things look pretty

Most of my pre-req teachers have. My chem Prof would round up if you didn't miss many lectures.

Depends on the professors. Most of mine did though.
