Anyone taking A&P I or II during the summer? I attend a university in Maryland but live in New York so taking a summer class here would be costly with housing so my first plan was to just take A&P I at another university but they told me if I take the first one at another university, I need to take the second one there which makes sense. It wasn't my plan but you gotta do what you gotta do. Anyone else taking this class during the summer?

Me!! I'm taking both in 5 week sessions! Almost halfway through the reading material for A&P I. And I've memorized the basic skeleton and muscles. Hope it helps! Good luck to you!!

I am taking A&P 2 this summer in a 6 week session.

I am taking A&P 1 for summer, which is 8 weeks long in my school.

So far I have only covered and memorized the terms in chapter 1&2, which are required in the lecture notes provided by the school.

I will hopefully do more preparations for the midterm during the holiday.

Good luck.

I wish there was a way I could prepare but I am in General Biology which is pretty the basics on A&P, I really hope I pass those 2 classes. I know it may be tough because they are both 4 week sessions so I know it's going to be a lot in a short time. Good luck to you guys.

I will be taking A&P I & II this summer. Bith couses in an 8 week semester. Gonna be intense!

Same here! It's going to be really intense but we can do it!

I took A&P 2 during the summer. Just know you will eat, breathe, and sleep A&P. No time for anything else. I got an A- and I have 5 kids, so if I can do it, anyone can :) Good luck. I found A&P 2 easier than A&P 1.

My advice for lab is take pictures of the models. Then print out the pictures, get a marker that is made for pictures and number the areas they will test. Then you can keep retesting yourself. Thats what I did and I would get 98-100s on all my lab tests :)

I am planning to take my Anatomy class and Chemistry class at the same time this summer. (My school has Anatomy & Physiology as separate classes). I am nervous that I won't be able to handle it all. For Fall semester I will be taking Physiology, Microbiology, and an online Sociology class and then I will be done with my pre-reqs (woo hoo)! We should start a summer A & P support group. When does your classes start? Mine start June 17th.

I'm taking A&P II over the summer - 10 week course. I feel for you guys doing 5, 6, or 8 week courses.

My classes start Tuesday but my professor just sent the syllabus....1 chapter a day. 5 tests. Pretty much 3 classes and the 4th is a 3 chapter test.

I've heard lecture is harder during summer than fall / spring but lab is easier, at least for my school. Reason being, I have lab twice a week in the summer so I get 20 lab classes instead of 15 during the fall. I hope this is true. I got A's in both lab / lecture in the spring for A&P I and haven't been to school in nearly 15 years, so I'm nervous, but striving for A's again.

I'm also taking a public speaking course............online. Score!

I am also taking A&P 1 this summer and I have finished reading and making note cards for chapter 1.
