    Hi,

I'm from Connecticut and I'll be applying to BSN programs (and one ADN program) that accept transfers, not limited to, but primarily in the northeast.

This is my list so far, but I plan putting myself out there to more schools since it's really competitive out there.

CT: Uconn, Southern CT State University, Quinnipiac, and Capitol Community College

    MA: UMass Boston

    ME: University of Southern Maine

Neat post, it's really interesting to see where everyone is from. Good luck to all!
I wish the community college of southern Maine accepted out of state applicants :/ I'm looking in nh and vt

I'm in SW Florida and I am applying in Spring for Fall semester. I plan on applying to Edison State College for the evening program, Nova day program and lastly FGCU for the day program. I'm finishing up my second to last semester of pre and co requisites. Nova is my dream school but I'm afraid that I will not be able to afford it and I heard that you can't work and attend school and I need/have to work. The competition is very stiff and I will be happy if I get into any of the three schools. Good luck every one!

I'm applying to KCC's ADN program (in Honolulu, Hawaii) for the Spring 2014 semester here in. Looking at a 3.4 GPA and 81% on the TEAS V. The selection committee gives special points for healthcare training, which I have. Leaving it all to God for this one. Hopefully this is the year! Good luck guys/gals!

I'm in California and planning to apply to the ABSN programs at Roseman University in Nevada and Samuel Merritt in CA. I'm debating if I should apply to Roseman for their July '14 cohort & hopefully get accepted, or wait and finish 2 pre-reqs for Merritt (pathophys & pharm) in the spring. If I do that, then I will apply for the Roseman October '14 cohort and the Merritt November '14 cohort and see if I get accepted to either one. Roseman is a little cheaper than Merritt, and housing is cheaper in the Vegas area, but then I will be moving a plane ride away from my family, so I'm not sure what to do.

Both schools are expensive, but I'm an "older" student so I'm looking for ABSN programs that are 1.5 years or less, since I still want to pursue higher degrees and am not getting any younger. I'm researching other ABSN programs to apply to.
