Hi everyone,
Who here is applying for 2014? What schools are you applying to?.
I am applying to BHCC for their weekend program, RCC for their evening program, and Massasoit for their evening program.
Good luck to everyone!!!
I'm in California and planning to apply to the ABSN programs at Roseman University in Nevada and Samuel Merritt in CA. I'm debating if I should apply to Roseman for their July '14 cohort & hopefully get accepted, or wait and finish 2 pre-reqs for Merritt (pathophys & pharm) in the spring. If I do that, then I will apply for the Roseman October '14 cohort and the Merritt November '14 cohort and see if I get accepted to either one. Roseman is a little cheaper than Merritt, and housing is cheaper in the Vegas area, but then I will be moving a plane ride away from my family, so I'm not sure what to do.
Both schools are expensive, but I'm an "older" student so I'm looking for ABSN programs that are 1.5 years or less, since I still want to pursue higher degrees and am not getting any younger. I'm researching other ABSN programs to apply to.

I'm applying to SMU's summer ABSN cohort and haven't done those prereqs either. You can see if you get accepted and then take those 2 classes prior to matriculation!

I'm applying to KCC's ADN program (in Honolulu, Hawaii) for the Spring 2014 semester here in. Looking at a 3.4 GPA and 81% on the TEAS V. The selection committee gives special points for healthcare training, which I have. Leaving it all to God for this one. Hopefully this is the year!
Good luck guys/gals!
