hi to allnurses,it's my first time to post a thread in here but i have been a member for quite sometime. It is such a good help reading forums in here..thank you!

Yesterday i received a letter from the BVNPT after more than 2 months waiting about the Declaration of Nursing Education and or Licensing.The questions here are confusing. Can someone here who got the same letter if you can help me fill it up please?..:(

Of course. It will happen. I hope if I do fail I don't need to do the process all over again. Ugh... 

can i ask you something?, did you specify someone who will received your declaration form when you sent it back to them?, mine is I used USPS but according to them they left a notice because no authorized recipient was available,

I applied first to BVNPT on March 2013 and after 11 months I got the Declaration of nsg. ed. Fill it out and send to BVNPT. After 2 weeks they send me the eligibility letter. Register to pearson vue and took the exam today and tried the PVT and got a good pop up. , I thought my LVN application was laready lost coz its been a year.. Thank God my patience and waiting time were never wasted.

I applied also in Hawaii board of nursing for NCLEX-RN, got approved. Took the test Last February and luckily I passed.

So to those who are still in the process of their application, don't lose hope. Lets hope for the best. :p

Hi im just new here. I would like to ask for your help guys. Im a bsn grad from the phil. Im planning to take the lvn exam. Currently im residing here in california. I would like to ask anyone from you guys regarding the requirements. Im asking someone to fix all may requirements in the phil and just send all the things needed to me here in california. And ill be the one to send it to the BVNPT. Can i be the one to send even the letters needed by the BVNPT From my school like the request of nursing program and just ask my school to seal it in an envelope. Cause i want to pass my application form and all the requirements in just 1 mail. Please help me guys. Thank you.

Yes. Just send the record of nursing program to your school and once your school is done. Let them send it to YOU with the other stuff like RLE and TOR in a sealed envelope. Once you got it. Send the VN application, fee,picture, fingerprint, copy of your highschool diploma, record of conviction form plus the sealed envelope from your school to bvnpt.

PS.. Make sure the your school uses the Preprinted envelope when they send the stuff you needed. If your school uses only plain white letter envelope make sure they put a stamp at the back of part of the envelope after closing it. Hope this helps you

You guys all need to READ this thread very carefully! Any AND all of your questions are answered to the exact details that's asked over and over again!

The actual application process (to hand-write) should only take each person less than 30 minutes to fill out!!

Not to pick on you, but the answer to your question of the COPY of the declaration (in picture form) is posted for everyone in the very FIRST section of this thread, you're not the first and certainly will not be the last but so many just keep wanting to re-invent the wheel. It's ALL posted here and a couple of other long winded threads.

Please help i would like to know when should i register in pearson vue? After i passed my application to the boards or when i receive my eligibility?
