hi to allnurses,it's my first time to post a thread in here but i have been a member for quite sometime. It is such a good help reading forums in here..thank you!

Yesterday i received a letter from the BVNPT after more than 2 months waiting about the Declaration of Nursing Education and or Licensing.The questions here are confusing. Can someone here who got the same letter if you can help me fill it up please?..:(

yay!!! good luck to you kabayan! ;) btw how long did the whole process took you until you got the long awaited Att??? lol.

It took me awhile to receive this... and I am not kidding you, it took blood sweat and tears. hahaha. I had a problem with my school (St. Jude College, Manila) in sending my documents last year mga around first quarter of the year, mga May 2013. Na devastate talaga ako but I didnt give up and resend my documents. I received my Declaration of Nursing Education Letter (Yellow form) February 10 2014, then received my ATT Feb 21, 2014. so all in all 9 -- 10 months This thread and all the help of the people who respond and post their experiences helped me with preparing my documents and requirements for this, YOu guys have been very helpful.

Now I need to study really hard hehehe

lol.. :) i know application takes a while, but you know what i think mine is worst than yours, I submitted mine feb 22 2013 I guesss? got the declaration form "yellow paper" late nov. 2013 , filled up and submitted around first week of December 2013.. Haven't heard or gotten back anything yet after that.. What's next after the "yellow paper"? Did you pay before getting the att letter? Mine is taking forever wonder why .What city are you in?

Congrats..

But waiting game isn't over especially in California, releasing your official result is much worst than waiting for ATT. It takes FOREVER.

But happy for you, you're almost there!

Hi everyone, after 3 months and 2 weeks of waiting, I just received the declaration of Nursing education.. I just want to ask to those who already submitted their declaration, do I need to send the official copy of my nursing license as stated at item #8? Thank you

once ur BSN grad..ul be qualified. i was on mu 3rd year when i applied for LVN yet approved.

that depends on how ur skul will fill up the form
