Pearson Vue Trick 2015 Latest

Nursing Students NCLEX

Updated:   Published

Hi Everyone,

First, I just want to thank everyone that comes to this website to share his or her experience. This website literally keeps people alive and going during some tough times. You might not know it, but there are tens of people out there that quote this website each day.

My journey with the Nclex-RN in California started on the 2th of December. I took the Nclex, I went home and tried the PVT, and it gave me the good pop-up. 24 hours and 4 days later, I was still getting the good pop-up. A week passed and no result or license, I was anxious to say the least, as some of my classmates got their license within 48 - 72 hours after taking the exam.

I always came to this website to get some courage as the weeks rolled by. Finally on 31st of December, I got my license. The long wait was over.

My main reason of writing today is that through my experience, I found out that the pearson vue trick is not a trick. It is the way the computer is programmed. If one fails the Nclex, it will take your money or decline your card accordingly (for insufficient funds or being invalid). The so called trick works perfectly.

Secondly, If you live in California, and you get the good pop-up after 24 hours of taking the Nclex, you passed. The waiting time has to do with the BRN taking so much time to process files. Keep strong and keep faith, you will get your license.

You should tell that to the people who got the good pop up (with the new updates) who still failed. Or the ones who's cards got charged for them to later find out they passed but could not get a refund. So this is not 100% accurate still.

However, congrats on passing your NCLEX !!! WTG!!

Well, I just have to say that there are people who come to this website with their negativity to infect others. I just said in my earlier post that if you do the PVT 24 hours after your exam, you passed. I have never seen or heard of anyone failing when getting the good pop-up after 24 hours.

I was not being negative in any way. I actually congratulated you on passing. You must have read my comment in a negative way, which is on you and not me. I have heard of people who did the "trick" within 24 hours and did not pass/fail as the results indicated. It seems that the majority either pass or fail according to the PVT results, but not all. That was all I was pointing out. How honesty based on experience is construed as negativity is beyond me.

It is my understanding that Pearson Vue has taken steps to eliminate the trick from working and that it now requires you to re-enter credit card info. Even if you've passed, you'll get charged again. That's an expensive gamble to take.

If you live in a state that allows quick results, it's better to do it that way than risk getting charged for a second exam. (Yes, I know CA doesn't allow quick results)

I have not gotten my results yet but I have tried to sign up with Pearson Vue about 15 times now. Im about 36 hours after test day and each time it took me to the credit card page. I put my credit card info in each time and hit submit. It is not until you hit submit that you get the good pop-up anymore.

I too have tested on January 3rd(a Saturday) and my results are not yet posted and my exam shut off at 190. This was for the RN NCLEX. I am an LVN bridge student and the NCLEX For that shut off at 85 so much to my discouragement the test kept going. I gave in today and did the Pearson vue trick and got the "good pop up"... I plan on returning to this forum and updating you all on my results once I've received them.

I tested today (Jan 7) and finished with 75 questions. I've gotten the good pop up twice today so I'm hoping it's accurate.

I tested today, January 7, finished with 75 questions just under an hour. I tried "the trick" and went through and got the message Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time.

Hopefully this meaning I passed!! I tried it about 20 min after completing the test, and now about five hours later and still the same amount.

*****For those of you who are worried if you failed and trying this trick will take your money and you won't get it back, of if you passed and say the trick doesn't work. I tried it to where I transferred my money out of my account to see if it would give me DECLINED, it did not, just the same message. So I then tried it by putting in my card number, but not the accurate expiration date, and it still give me the same message. SOOOO if you don't want to risk it for the results and risk losing your money, put in your card number but not the actual expiration. If you get a card not valid or declined== >> you probably failed. If you get the same above message, you passed. I will update as soon as I get the quick results or my state has uploaded it to their board of nursing site!

RunnerRN2b2014- I would say "trust it". I went through the skeptical stage hahaha. Check 24 hours after test time and you are safe. I'm in such shock that I think "I don't beleive it. Not until I see it in the mail. What if there is some mistake at the BRN?"

you passed. Congrats!
