hi marymartha,

Just understand how much ever you study for nclex you will feel as ''you dont know anything''. My principle was ''do your best and leave rest to God.''

I focussed on saunders comprehensive 3rd edition and i found the cds useful, concentrate on rationales and explainations for each. i had many prioritizing and pharmacology questions.

I took time to read each question and tried to recall normal values every day. I made sure i am relaxed the day before exam, went out for dinner with my husband and prayed well.

Even after the exam you may feel you answered everything wrong, which is quite normal. Right now stay calm, but be persistent and you will reach your goal.

Good luck!!!

hi jj.. . i am also an interntional student who took the exam last nov 29th... how long did it take you to receive your results? thank you... CONGRATULATIONS RN!
