Name a disease and then name the drug that's mostly commonly associated with that disease or condition. Here's mine: Erythromicin is seen with chlamydia and syphilis. Anybody else got anything?

CHF, treated with digoxin and diuretics (Lasix, etc). Watch out for potassium levels! Hypokalemia potentiates dig toxicity; and hypokalemia occurs with diuretic use!

Only if symptomatic.

As an example, my current resting heartrate is 54 and when I was a competitive athlete it was 46. Sinus brady, would you administer atropine?

Not always. Prozac can trigger a manic phase. More common for mood stabilization in bipolar are lithium, depakote, lamictal, tegretol and others. If severely depressed SSRI or other anti depressant may be started with close supervision (Prozac, Paxil..,)

Yeah, I'm sure there are people who are prescribed Prozac for bipolar disorder, I.e., if they have another disorder or have tried everything and nothing works (not entirely sure!), but I've seen Prozac most commonly prescribed for depressive disorders.
