  1. I have taken nclex before and yes you will need this book. Nclex has a lot of "who would you see first" questions and this book is all about those type of questions. I wish I had purchased this book before I took McLeod maybe I would have passed. I just finished this book. It has an online Version that comes with it. I say yes get the book. Just know the difference between what an Rn, lpn, and nurse aid can do and this book helps you with that as well. I'm a unlicensed PN.
