I work out at the gym, I try to go 5 days per week. Even though im super busy with school, I can always find 1 hour out of my day to go.

Yep, caffeine, and lots of it
Bonny's suggestion of exercise is probably better - and healthier, though!

I've been using caffeine in the form of Coke and chocolate, and it's starting to catch up with me. I need more and more of it to feel awake and it's causing me to gain weight, which makes me feel even more sluggish.
I started going to the gym this week-twice so far-and I do feel less stressed and more energetic after a workout. I'm hoping that tapering off of the caffeine will help too.

I have this problem all the time. I became a Red Bull fanatic.. yes bad bad bad... but between working 2 jobs from home and haveing 2 toddlers and then doing homework, cooking dinner, cleaning... ugh... I just felt like I couldnt get out of bed...
My cure.... multivitamins and lots of water. the multivitamins worked wonders for me. makes me feel like a different person.

multivitamins!!! Make sure you get enough B-12 and C so you don't get run down. I also take Coenzyme Q-10 which really seems to help a lot.

ooohhh...be careful with these. Hubby was really into these when they first came out, but I watched a health watch on the news that said it was not recommended to drink more than two a WEEK...because of adverse kidney damage! That was the end of his red bull kick! Pretty potent stuff.

Exercise, eat right, sleep right.
I walk two miles almost every day, Soloflex 3x week.
Caffeine etc. is a short term fix and it will catch up with you. Exercise, eat right and sleep right is a lifetime plan that will pay off in your 40's...LOL
