I try to eat right(when I can), cook for myself, and generally do ok. Yesterday was day 4 of a LONG 5 day week and I wound up only eating McD at 12, until dinner at 7. I felt pretty green all day and wound up going to bed at 11 for clinicals at 7.
I worked 3 nights in a row MTW 5p-5:30a, went to class T 11-4, missed my demo time on W cause I fell asleep, then went to class R, clinical site research Rnight, old job w-2 pickup R night, clinicals 7-3 today....So I could use some energy tips....yeah the caffine thing really doesn't help.....
I'm ready for bed! I'm done, homies, peace out......
Well yesterday and today I have been eating garbage and my energy level in the dumps. Tomorrow I need to buck up and cut out the sugars again like I was- the difference is amazing! I wanted to sleep all afternoon!
