You know the phone numbers of all the late-night delivery places and they recognize you by voice when you call from the unit.

You take on 2 times as many patients as day shifters and yet they still think it's cool to schedule all wound dressings and vaccines on 7p-7a shift.. everyone wants woke up for that!

People look at you funny when you tell them you got up at 5..... pm.

You know that a full moon REALLY DOES bring out the crazies!

You reel at the thought of working with... *gulp* management breathing down your neck

You get up at 3pm after working the night and say "good-morning" to all your neighbors as you walk your dog.....

you can dance "gangham style" in the nurses station and not get in trouble for it......

You get a new job that's on day shift and everyone says "Oh you must be so relieved/excited to go back to day shift" and you are thinking MEH MEH MEH.

Someone was teaching us one of those new shuffle line dances not too long ago.
