Maybe Bipley is too embarrassed to report back as to what happened? Did the co-worker go crazy and beat her...and now Bipley is in the care of one of us at work today?!?! Wouldn't that be wierd!

OR maybe the nurse in question told Bipley that she read that thread! So, now Bipley can't respond because it's not really in "private." Ugh, that would be awful. But clearly the thread started had nothing but good intentions.
