We all have stressful jobs. And we all have our own ways of relieving that stress. Some of us enjoy a good work out, some a glass of wine, others meditate. What's your go-to for stress relief?

Specializes in Gerontology RN-BC and FNP MSN student.

Coming home to my awesome animals and fur babies! My amazing hubby and knowing I DO GET TO GO HOME, always helps.

Putting in my favorite CD or calling my loved ones to talk to on the way home helps too as I have almost an hour commute.

Luckily, I have a little commute to work. Gives me time to scream, cry, or sing at the top of my lungs before being back home. Whatever is needed after a long shift. Great stress reliever.

I'm not working yet but making sure I stay on top of my fitness regimen really helps me relieve stress and let go of excess energy. If I have time before school i'll do a quick workout or right after my classes. Exercising really helps me clear my head.

I dance! Currently, I'm a part of a hip hop team and learning new choreography really helps me clear my mind to focus on learning the moves as well as it gives me a physical outlet for my energy. I love to goof around with my teammates and all of that combined leaves me grinning like a fool :)

Chainsaw. Stihl 290 Farm Boss with 18" bar. I can literally cut my stress into sawdust.

Yipes! After reading about the chainsaw I don't feel so bad about admitting to a glass of wine and a good TV show to wind down. Preferably something violent and twisted, I am a real fan of Criminal Minds and The Blacklist. Anything with zombies works also.

Bourbon and Scotch.

Whiskey and ginger ale on my back patio. I prefer Bullitt or Jack. If not that, then a nice cold microbrew, maybe

Bell's or New Belgium.

Food... at home... in a bubble bath. When the kids are asleep. Lol

Exercise...a good sweaty jog
