Hi everyone! I have never posted on any of these sites before but reading through everyone's posts kept me calm when I was preparing to take the NCLEX and while waiting for my results so I wanted to share my story really quick!
My best friend and I did very well in nursing school and worked our butts off to get almost all A's....but BOTH of us got all 265 questions on Friday for the NCLEX-RN (how awful, I know). I was in tears at question 200 during the exam and when 265 came, I ran to my car and cried my eyes out for 20 minutes before I could even drive home. I was 100% convinced that I failed and so was my friend Megan!!
I was a miserable wreck because I read that most people who pass, get their exam shut off early. Me and Megan both did the "Pearson vue trick" about 2 hours after we finished and entered our cc information and didn't get charged and got the "good pop-up" but I just didn't believe it! (The trick really does work!) On Sunday-I was able to purchase my quick results and guess what?! I sure did PASS! (And so did my Megan who got all 265 questions as well!)
Anyways, I wanted to let you all know that you can pass at ANY number of questions just as easy as you can with 75! Me and Megan both have RN behind our names so I hope this gives you some hope!! Goodluck to everyone taking the NCLEX in the future, you will do awesome!!!!

Do u mind to share what is your school passing rate on NCLEX?
I studied in New York City and I did not see anyone got "A" on nursing classes in my school. Our highest grade was B+ so far ever I saw. However my school passing rate is #2 in NY State by 98%.

That must hhave been a heartbreaker knowing that the system felt you weren't passing at 75. Mine fortunately shut off at 75. But I was ambivalent as to what that meant immediately after the exam. Did I pass or fail? ?! Fortunately, I passed. So happy that is over with.

Congrats on passing...as long as you pass it doesn't matter how many questions you got...I'm taking nclex in 2 days and my anxiety is thru the roof....I have studied so hard but i feel so anxious and want to get this over with ASAP...I just don't want my anxiety to get the best of me on test day....I plan to stop studying the day before and go to the beach
