You get confused giving morning report, this happened last night /this morning/the 19th. You move your bedroom to the basemnt where you can sleep at noon without sunlight to confuse your brain. You take a midday nap on your day off and then wake up at 3:30 AM. and start the coffee pot and cleaning your house.

If you can truly get 4-6 hours of sleep before you go to work, it will be very, very beneficial. You will be suprised how awesome a mere 6 hours of sleep can feel. Of course, after a while it can feel pretty bad too. What doesn't help me is only an hour or so, I just get out of bed feeling groggy and out of it.

Your neighbors have become used to seeing you sleep in your car, and no longer knock on the window, they just check to make sure you're still breathing. LOL
