I'm sure this has been done before but I figured I'd do it anyway!

You know you're in nursing school when......

Your mind is thinking about so many different things that you actually have to stop and make sure you have on all of your clothes before you leave the house!

:yeah:Im so with you.......can't wait til June! Finally I will b n NS :nurse:

1. You consider Doritos, peanut butter crackers, a red bull and/or a diet coke a perfectly acceptable lunch on clinical days!

2. You never thought you could love/hate an automatic blood pressure/pulse/PaCO2 machine so much!

you're too tired to get anything done but you cant go to sleep because you have too much to do.

"You just spent the last 45 minutes reading all the replies to this post and laughed out loud by yourself"

...................I sure did!!!

You know your in nursing school when:

Your house is overfilled with nursing books

You Knw you have to study, but FB is calling your name

You have no friends but the ones @ school, b/c everyone is tired of you telling them NO when they want to go out!

You have cried more in these last past semesters than you ever have in your life!

You are constantly adding your points to make sure to don't fall below the curve.

I have more books then I could possible need and haven't even had time to open 2/3 rds of them. I find myself to going through all these books other then my actual textbook that would probably be of most use to me :|

My friends say they can always tell when I should be studying or when I have an exam in the next couple days or next day because my Facebook posting sky rocket!!!!!

I only have a 22 point margin for my final on Monday. I let myself way lose focus this semester, got my worst test grade I have ever got and let that throw me off my game class wise, actual clinicals I got an excellent eval tonight LOL.

All to true!

You know you are in nursing school when....

you haven't seen your bf/gf in five days because you would rather study at the library.

ha That is so true. Everyday I have a coke and a snack from the vending machine for lunch and sometimes breakfast as well.

Pop Tarts, trail mix and an iced tea here.

It would be interesting if they ran sodium tests on students before they started school, and halfway into a semester. LOL

This is why I haven't allowed myself to go to the vending machines once!!! I don't have good self control and figured I was best to avoid that route LOL

when even your dreams consist of NCLEX style questions

You know you are in nursing school when......

You are so tired that you take a shower, shampoo your hair, and stand and stare at the shampoo bottle 5 minutes later wondering if you really did wash your hair, so you do it again.

HAHAHHAHAH............OMG SOOO TRUE!!!! I dont think I have ever laughed so much in my life..........well since my life is taken over by school. :yeah:

You know your in nursing school when you use medical speak in your facebook status and realize 95% of your FB friends are non medical people and have no clue what you're saying.

you start making up your own diagnoses to explain all your studying, IE: I am suffering from Cranialitis which is inflammation of the brain caused from over studying :|

You have an idea of what post-membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis means.
