when will the license for june 2007 nurses be released?

Guys, do u know wen will the license for june 2007 NLE passers be released? i wanted to take the cgfns this march 2008 and they would need the license no..unless i have my license then i wouldn't be able to work on my application..or i maybe mistaken??does anyone know how cgfns application work?...i really wanted to take the exam this march but the delay is taking the toll on me...help pls!

yes you can have your license validation in manila. i have similar case my sister was registered in cebu and i personally proces the validation of license here in manila for the cgfns

Thank you Dave. That is good to hear. Were you the one to mail the documents or did PRC do that? Mine is for my CRNE application and will have to mail it to Canada. Were you able to complete the process in a day?

hello dave. may i know how you processed the license verification of your sister who registered from cebu? was she a june 2007 passer? i am also from cebu and i need license verification for my application for Canada. I called PRC manila a while ago and they told me to call again next week because they are not done encoding the license numbers yet. i'm really confused, i don't want to spend much for a trip to manila that might turn out nothing. i hope you can help me, thanks.

Hi dave. i called PRC manila and they told me to call again next week since they haven't finished encoding the license numbers yet. was prc the one who mailed the license verification to CGFNS or did you do that yourself? how did you manage to have your sister's license validated without the license card?

hi fely, i was about to call PRC Manila when i read your post. i guess i have to stick with the info you got. i am going to manila next week and i'll try to go to PRC and request for a license verification. i hope i could process it there.

i would like to ask, how is the application for verification done in PRC Manila? i am not sure if it is the same thing here in PRC Davao. i really don't have a clue. can i get it done in less than a day? i only have like 4 hours to spare because that's the only free time i have before i fly back to davao. i hope you could give me some directions. thanks a lot.

For shara_su and felisa. If I may suggest, dont go to manila unless your sure that your paper will be process. CAll them!!!! I know its quite expensive but its worth it rather than coming here in Manila and went home disappointed because your papers were not processed!

Felisa, please call PRC manila before living Cebu. Verify it to PRC that they'll be able to process your request when you get here. Your trip will definitely go to waste if your not sure if PRC will process your papers immediately. I live in Manila and there are paper works in PRC that took me very long time to finish. Even just the board rating took me almost 2 weeks to get. Dont expect this things will be finish in just one day!!! Expect the unexpected! You know how it goes with PRC. Nursing is not the only course they process.

And if ever you guys arrive here, if posible, go to PRC even if its not open yet. Before 8am. I'm not exaggerating, but if you want to finish before lunch break, go there early....

hi fely just got off the phone with a personnel from PRC Manila. She told me that they are still in the process of encoding the license numbers of those who registered into their database. For now they are encoding those who registered in the central office (Manila office). Registrants from the provincial offices are not yet encoded because according to her the said offices forwarded them their list on a later date. I asked her if there could be any chance that we could apply for license verification in Manila this December without the hard license at hand. She said that we could do so, since they have the database in Manila (the hard license would not be necessary). However she could not promise that the encoding would be finished until the end of this year, she advised me that January could be the earliest time for us to do the application. I believe that answers our queries. I guess i just have to postpone my sidetrip to PRC Manila next week and reschedule it maybe on the last week of January.
