when will the license for june 2007 nurses be released?

Guys, do u know wen will the license for june 2007 NLE passers be released? i wanted to take the cgfns this march 2008 and they would need the license no..unless i have my license then i wouldn't be able to work on my application..or i maybe mistaken??does anyone know how cgfns application work?...i really wanted to take the exam this march but the delay is taking the toll on me...help pls!

well peeps just letting you know, im also from cebu. i had called manila several times, the latest info i got was for me to call again this coming january. in my case, its worst! i applied visascreen last feb2006, next year feb my application will expire. the only thing i lack is my validation of license from the phil. its really sad that i have to pay again cgfns coz my application will expire soon. i am a june2006 passer, its a relief that i am not part anymore of the leakage stigma but sad to say, being part of june2007 which license number be release for so so so long!

can anybody help? what will i do if on the feb2008, still i cant have my license number? will i pay the reprocess? will i send again all the documents to cgfns for my visascreen??

sorry, i stand corrected..i applied visascreen FEB2007 and will expire on FEB2008

The verification needs to be that you passed the NLE, that is what the US wants to see. You should be able to get verification of that.

For others that are reading this, never submit for the VSC until you have all of the documents that you need completed. For those that retook the exam in June, there was no way that you knew that you would be passing the exam for sure in the first place.

There is no rush to get a Visa Screen Certificate unless your English exam is going to expire, it is not needed until your interview with the US Embassy so no reason to apply for it before you have even got partially thru the immigration process.

just to let you know guys that my friend with letter -A family name already got his license card 2 weeks ago. This is no joke. He even showed it to me. According to him, the PRC employee hesitated at first to give it to him but thru his persistent behavior, and upon seeing the card himself on the (desk?), the officer handed to him his card. They are still not scheduled for release during that time. He applied in Manila btw. Sad to say, my family name starts with -P :-( so I guess I have to wait till January tsk tsk.

thanks ms. suzanne. in my case, i applied feb2, 2007 in which i already passed my exams (nclex, nle, ielts.) meaning, i have already had the requirements for visascreen, it was only on feb14,2007 based on cgfns announcement (website) we need to retake the exam. see how ironic? its not my fault.

Some of my classmates got they're license too. About 2 weeks ago. Her lastname starts with B. I think it was already their schedule so they were able to get it. Its kinda strange that your friend whose lastname starts with A is not scheduled at that time... My lastname also starts with P, still have to wait for 2 weeks, that would be Dec. 20. But I will be deploy tomorrow. This is the start of my actual nursing career. Anyway... Its worth waiting for....

Hello!! I have update for those wishing to process license verification with PRC, registered outside Metro Manila. But I'm afraid this isn't really good news for us. I called PRC Manila today and was told that they have not finished encoding the numbers yet and it may take them until February to get it done.
