Earlier this week a student was in the office for bad behavior (I share an office with main office), I stepped out to find a student for their meds and I came back to realize the kid had gotten into my fridge and stole my orange. I was grumpy pants but got over it pretty quickly. Just upset the student was allowed into my office and gotten into the fridge and nobody said anything to him.
Today, I got a lunch from the cafteria and a student has to stay inside for recess. I step out in to the hallway and saw this student go into my office and take some food off my tray! Caught her red handed as she stuffed the food into her mouth.
Ugh dont mess with me and my food!

They stole you food?
I don't get that. Is that a thing?
Did you embarrass them? I would.

Only my own kids can take my food. Any other kid did that, they'd get a referral to the office.
I had no idea it was a thing either! It's never happened before and now twice in one week? im shocked.
I did embarrass them, one was almost in tears and then it made me feel bad. But really, keep your hands off my food!
I should clarify, I'll feed any kid who comes in and says they are hungry. But use your manners and ask. Don't steal.
I definitely agree with you! I told one student that, if you were hungry you could've told me and I wouldnt mind sharing or giving it but please dont just steal it especially when your hands have been in your mouth and who knows where.

Thanks Obama, Michelle that is.... Getting into the kids head with her healthy socialist views, now the kids don't want the crappy pizza in the cafeteria and instead want your healthy orange hahahahaha (sarcasm) hahahahahaha
