I am taking a renewal tomorrow and I heard now it's abbreviation or mnemonic C.A.B (compressions, airway, breathing) instead of the old version A.B.C(airway, breathing compressions/circulation).
I hope that anwser your question.

American Heart Association 2010 is the latest version. It is now CAB instead of ABC.

I just recertified and the new CPR is CAB which is C = compressions, A = airway, B = breathing. It's easier IMO.

Is the ratio still 30 compressions to 2 rescue breaths?

Depends on method (adult, child, 1 vs. 2 rescuers...)

One rescuer is 30:2 across the board. With two rescuers, 30:2 for adults, 15:2 for infants and children.
I renew in September, but will try to get it done before. This is good to know.
