I'd like to know which religions will provide an exemption for the Covid Vaccination. Are exemptions also granted for all other vaccinations (like childhood required ones) or it is just for Covid? Can you get an exemption for the Flu shot too?
I am just curious and trying to understand which religions take a stand on this.
I am Covid vaccinated. My employer has given all employees, not just nurses, until end of Sept to get fully vaccinated. The flu shot is also required.

The only religions that I found that actively oppose it are the Church of Christ, Scientist and the Dutch Reformed Church. Even Jehovah's Witnesses, who shun many medical procedures, approved the vaccine after being assured that it does not include aniumal products.

Where do major US religions stand on the COVID-19 vaccination?
Actually, it appears that The Church of Christ, Scientist, whose members are known as Christian Scientists, does not actively oppose vaccination:
”Most of our church members normally rely on prayer for healing. It’s a deeply considered spiritual practice and way of life that has meant a lot to us over the years. So we’ve appreciated vaccination exemptions and sought to use them conscientiously and responsibly, when they have been granted.
On the other hand, our practice isn’t a dogmatic thing. Church members are free to make their own choices on all life-decisions, in obedience to the law, including whether or not to vaccinate. These aren’t decisions imposed by their church.”

Christian Science does not forbid it: "Church members are free to make their own choices on all life-decisions, in obedience to the law, including whether or not to vaccinate. These aren’t decisions imposed by their church." Similarly the Dutch Reformed Church does not forbit vaccination based on doctrine.
It is interesting that religious exemptions have historically been granted based on individual's beliefs rather than the dogma of the religion they identify with. 1 in 10 American's state that the covid vaccine conflicts with their religious beliefs while there is no major (or even minor) religion that believes that as part of doctrine.

Nope. Google it. Only two religions have doctrine that forbid vaccine: Church of Christ, Scientist and Dutch Reform. But only the most evangelical DF's refuse. THE ultra-orthodox Jews also refuse. So it seems to be he fringe groups that persisting refusing. Most mainstream people who identify as evangelical answer polls that they are opposed to the vaccine but some evangelical pastors encourage their members to get it.

Actually none of these refuse vaccination as doctrine.

Your own source lists religions opposed to vaccines as doctrine. In addition Vacicnes.org ad poliifact also denote religions opposed . Pockets of ultra orthodox Jews in Israel as well as in Booklyn follow the authority of their rebbes who have not supported vaccines for their members. I have a friend's husband who left his Hasidic roots to remain merely Orthodox. He has health issues relevant to Covid. His Mom refuses to get vaxxed because she she"doesn't like authority" But, of course she is the ultimate poster child for obedience to authority since she does what her rebbe dictates.

The source lists religions /sects / denominations where some degree of theological opposition to vaccination exists, but none prohibit vaccination as a component of their doctrine. In each one members can choose to interpret their theological principles and and accept vaccination.
The following denominations do have a theological objection to vaccination:
Dutch Reformed Congregations - This denomination has a tradition of declining immunizations. Some members decline vaccination on the basis that it interferes with divine providence. However, others within the faith accept immunization as a gift from God to be used with gratitude.
Faith healing denominations including:
Faith Tabernacle
Church of the First Born
Faith Assembly
End Time Ministrie
Church of Christ, Scientist - One of the basic teachings of this denomination is that disease can be cured or prevented by focused prayer and members will often request exemptions when available. However, there are not strict rules against vaccination and members can receive vaccine.
I also read the link that was sourced and this is what I found.

They are using absolutely not one iota of logic. Get new friends.
