International RN graduate from the Philippines here. I have re-applied recently in CA-BON form NCLEX-RN since my initial application expired in 2019. I have received the International Diploma Verification form from the Board of Nursing. When I called BON this morning, I was informed that this form has to be submitted to DFA. I spoke with my nursing school, and they told me it should be submitted to PRC. Does anybody know where to send this to in the Philippines? I am currently in California and presently seeking to complete my requirements. Anybody who can shed light is greatly appreciated.

Hello! I am also in the same boat. I'm currently here in the Philippines for the same reason and just waiting for IDV from school. Does anyone know if I can get it apostilled the same day? It's just that I am only here for a limited time and need to fly back to the states shortly after doing these since this is the last step that I needed to do. I have also been told that they had been approved by the board without having to send the ISV. They've said the diploma would already suffice. Please any clarity on this one would be highly appreciated!

I think they have different requirements in every State. Which state are you applying for? If it's in California, you can check it on your Breeze account or Application status if your documents were reviewed, it will be removed from your deficiencies. Regarding the Apostille, I think you can schedule an appointment on their site at DFA Aseana. In my case, I processed it through a walk-in. And I think it will be released after 4-5 working days (they will give you a date). Then when I returned to pick it up, I asked if they could seal it with the International Diploma Verification form I filled out. I provided the envelope and they placed their return address with my IDV and Apostille inside. And that's what I sent through DHL here in the Philippines (I don't know if you could send it through the courier in the States)
So I sent in the apostille diploma from DFA to my school and they are the ones to send it to BRN. Now the BRN is telling me that they won't accept it straight from my school. I don't know what to do now, does that mean I will have to request a whole new diploma and TOR for CHED from my school again and bring it again to DFA again? I believe this took me at least a month to accomplish.

Hi, yes it should be included for their reference from the DFA. The person that I had mine processed she included it in the envelope.
