Where to Submit International Diploma Verification- DFA or PRC

World Registration

Updated:   Published

International RN graduate from the Philippines here. I have re-applied recently in CA-BON form NCLEX-RN since my initial application expired in 2019. I have received the International Diploma Verification form from the Board of Nursing. When I called BON this morning, I was informed that this form has to be submitted to DFA. I spoke with my nursing school, and they told me it should be submitted to PRC. Does anybody know where to send this to in the Philippines? I am currently in California and presently seeking to complete my requirements. Anybody who can shed light is greatly appreciated.

The form is on the BON website. Type the name of the form in the search bar. It should pop up. If not, your nursing analyst should've emailed it to you when they wanted you to process this form. All the documents are on the BON website.

Hello!

Suppose anyone can help me with my situation. I'm trying to endorse my license from NY to California. All required documents are set except for my International Verification of Diploma. I have the form, and I requested another copy to support that form to apostille and verified by DFA(Iloilo). Do I have to send the documents to DFA Aseana, or can I send them to BRN with the return address of DFA Iloilo?

Thank you.

Hi, yes, you still need to process that form. They just need to verify your diploma and that you graduated with a BSN.

Hi JS90, thank you for your reply. I appreciate it. Do you have any idea how to do it?

This is how I did it:

I sent the form to my school from there, and my school sent the state and some paperwork, or my transcripts, I guess, to Iloilo CHED, then CHED sent everything back to my school. I had my mom pick it up, and she processed it at DFA for apostille. After the process, my mom sent it to the board.

Thank you so much! JS90, you're so helpful. Good luck, and God bless in your endeavors. ?

You're welcome.

Hi there.

Is this thread still active?

I am also currently here in California. I was also required to do an apostille certificate for my diploma. According to the Philippine consulate here in Los Angeles, they no longer do the apostille, but the Secretary of State does the apostille.

I read in the comments that someone could talk to BON. Is there any other contact number? Because of the number in DCARN, I cannot get through ? Please help appreciate it so much.
