Mine was postpartum. I couldn've believe that we got paid the same as ICU/ER nurses! Note: Easiest job and favorite job are not necessarily synonymous!

I made pizzas at Arni's Pizza King. Easiest. Most fun. Just thinking about it now makes me smile. Thirty five years later.
My favorite job was working at Carvel. So much fun, worked with my friends, made some life long friends there too. I'll never forget the whip-ball fights, playing pranks on each other and the unlimited ice cream. If the pay was good, I'd be doing it right now:)

I've never really had an easy job. I've worked as a waitress, dental assistant, and a CNA, and I don't think I would consider any of them easy.

Another easy job i had was as a dishwasher in a Denny's-like restaurant. Loved handwashing the large pots and adored the huge dishwashing machine.
One patient-oriented job i had was as a rehab assistant at a Center for Neuro Skills. Really, we babysat grown residents in their cottages, and documented in a folder everything they did. We also made dinner, fed the patients, showered them, brushed their teeth, took them out to movies, restaurants--we got to eat free!!! Great job, and there was one assistant per patient. I loved working with the residents who were rich enough to afford their own cottage, i took care of that one patient, and around 9pm the med tech would come with the pills, then patient off to dreamland. Watched tv, read, put my feet up after they were in bed. Dream job, really. But, at only 8 dollars an hour wound up going to nursing school. Sigh. Sure wish i didn't need to make a good living.

worked for Williams-Sonama and picked the right size box, type of protective insulation (those little foam peanuts or bubble wrap etc.) for the mail order gifts of soap, bathrobes etc. Seal with cool tape machine (just slide it right through) and stack on a pallet. Only negative had to stand all day. Most fun cutting glass for picture framer, later cutting the cardboard borders for art work. A lot of student and non-prof work that was really good, fun to see. Hard on the fingers esp. working with wire. Putting the paper on the back was really fun, with fun toys to apply sticky and trim excess paper. Ohh unpacking the frames, so much fun, gorgeous wood. Drawback, standing all day, too hard to sit and do that work. (lousy pay, great hobby or part-time work with FT nursing job.
Nursing position: Newborn healthy babies and level two babies, and infant and toddler medical-surgical peds. Worked hard but easy cause I really liked peds. Also home health when RN's took private duty cases they now assign to LPN's. I had the nicest families and little post NICU babies on vents with long extension tubing so they could crawl around. I mostly gave po meds, resp tx. and played with them. Ran them through their therapy exercises just for fun when the baby was in the mood for structured activity.

I worked in pain management for 2 years. Give sedative...record BP every 15 minutes...in 30 minutes it's over....call in meds....fill in blanks....very easy.
