It's like you aren't paying attention. You clearly didn't by read any of the opinions written by the justices.  How have bad, racist, discriminatory or bigoted laws been enforced historically? We should review that since we've decided to return to some of that thinking about rights and how secure any of them are.

So ridiculous LOL. Right so now racism is going to be legal? LOL

What world do people live in where they don't know his beliefs about using a pseudo religious cudgel to get those non-believers in line? He SAID what he SAID.  Why aren't impeachment proceedings started against him?

Because you can't impeach a Justice because they ruled in a way you don't like. Nor can you place restrictions on religious freedom. Or deny a office due to their religion. Someone said it before, too bad.

Right. Who said that? And even if they did, how would you enforce such a thing?

Thomas did - see muno’s post above. Both homosexuality and birth control (not just abortion) have been illegal in my adult lifetime.

Overturning Roe isn't  "outlawing abortion ". It's leaving it to the states.

A basic premise of the Constitution is that it protects all Americans regardless of what state they are in.

Would it be OK if a state said that the first amendment no longer applies in that state for a particular group of people?

It’s time to make a new constitution let’s respect that these rules did not apply to women to people of color indigenous people who get written out of history countless times I’m just saying the riots the break ins are happening to see almost daily and the cops are called but forgive me I guess I’m california unless it’s rich people in the hills they don’t come running fast so thankful I’m trained by this company to not pit myself in harms way it’s not my job to engage. Then oh last week it was the
BET AWARDS that is this popular event another topic I  not feeling to good about these days but keeping faith guys things are gonna come out and even out just gotta stay on th right side of history

Laws against homosexuals engaging in sexual acts have been around for a very long time, they were only declared unconstitutional in 2003.  A number of states and jurisdictions still have these laws in place in case the Supreme Court ever reverses it's ruling, which is what Justice Thomas proposed in his concurring opinion.

It's been enforced through "sting" operations or just simply charging gay couples of engaging sexually with each other.

Alaska Republicans plan to hold a constitutional convention to change the constitution outlawing abortion.  That makes some sort of sense to conservatives in a rural state that leads the country in things like rape, domestic abuse and missing indigenous women.

Who are raping and causing the "indigenous" women to disappear?  Those darned proud boys?

The 1st amendment negates your argument.

Like someone kicked down a gay couples front door barged into their bedroom and arrested them.  Are they engaging in sexual acts in a public area?  Heterosexuals are arrested as well.
