I have to wonder if Shumer's comments incited the man who was charged with attempted murder of Justice Kavanaugh?
I want to tell you, Gorsuch; I want to tell you, Kavanaugh: You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price,” Schumer said. “You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.
" The Justice Department has charged California resident Nicholas Roske with attempted murder, alleging he appeared in Kavanaugh’s Maryland neighborhood early Wednesday morning with a gun."
" In the suitcase and a backpack, Roske had a Glock 17 pistol with two magazines and ammunition, tactical knife, pepper spray, zip ties, various tools and duct tape, the complaint says."

OK.
Do you think that there are constitutional remedies for bad justices?

I know planning to kill them and bringing knives, guns, zip ties.... to Justice Kavanaugh's house when he and his family were all home isn't a "constitutional" remedies for "bad Justices".
Or having congressmen make threatening comments against 2 specific Justices and then this man showed up to try and kill one of them. I mean haven't we learned about comments like these from Jan.6? If you say something and someone does something, you are at fault for it Right?
What makes them bad? Having a different opinion? Are you suggesting this man was justified in what he did because Kavanaugh is a "bad Justice " according to you?
Mass shooting every day, but you know drag shows and indoctrinating and grooming children is an important cause. We must protect our children.
This is Texas but apparently DeSantis said he'd be supportive of such an idea in Florida. Which is interesting because DeSantis is huge on "parental rights". So if a parent thinks attending a drag show, or drag story hour is a creative outlet for their children to engage in, it's criminal and must be stopped.
Priorities you know.
It's doubtful that Shuman's comments Monday inspired the man to kill Kavannaugh. I don't think he heard those words then gathered up all that weaponry and appeared in DC two days later. I would think it's be a little more premeditated than that.
That being said, his comments were threatening, unprofessional and way out of line. That's not how you talk to a Supreme Court Justice and how America works.

Everyone knows that planning to kill someone is bad...derp.
The authorities are welcome to investigate any hint of a connection between those words and the plan for violence.
Gorsuch occupies a corruptly obtained seat. Kavanaugh clearly demonstrated during his confirmation hearing that he was politically partisan and temperamentally unsuited for the position...but he likes beer.
If you thought anything about my comments tried to justify this Yahoo's intentions or actions, that's on you.

Well your third paragraph defaming the Justice kind of suggest that. If not,why woukd you even include that?
Maybe you are inciting me to misinformation?

So that makes it okay for someone to plot to murder him? (Allegedly)
You're not demonstrating your objection of someone plotting to kill another human with his children there very well. In which you have yet to denounce this violence. You said it was "wrong" then go on to insult the Justices right after. How you you feel if a right wing Bible thumper forced pregnancy supporter went to Justice Jackson's house planning to kill her? I think that you would be having a very different reaction, as would the democrats as evident by yours and their dismissal and lack of interest.
Anyone falsely accused of gang rape 20 plus years ago may feel a little upset by that. Or did they not prove he didn't do it but he still did just like Russiann Collusion?
I'm willing to say there is no lack of radicals on both sides.

LOL
You seem desperate to prop up some strawman argument that I approve of or an trying to justify that violent fool... is that nefarious or a reading comprehension problem?
Now we're on to the "both sides"argument when it was only one side that tried to overthrow the government, eh? Why not watch the hearing so you know what Trump did and why.
