California:

I got handwashing, bp, upper body ROM, & perineal care. It was so nerve wrecking!!

Massachusetts-I got bed pan and side lying, plus the 6 principles of care as I was going through the other skills.

Hand washing

Transfer from bed to wheel chair

Ambulation

Occupied bed strip.

Messed up on occupied bed strip.... Left the "dirty" blanket underneath clean one but didn't fail it for that. I also caught it but not until after I was done.

"No day but today"

Tested in Ohio:

- Handwashing

- Pivot transfer from bed to wheelchair

- Weight

- Vitals

- Emptying drainage bag

Not sure if I ever responded... MA-hand washing, dressing patient with leftsided weakness, pulse, communication and documenting
